What is a forward deployed engineer?
A forward deployed engineer is a senior builder who works directly inside a client’s stack, their CRM, data, and tools, and ships production AI systems in weeks. Unlike traditional consulting, the deliverable is a working system the client owns, not a recommendation.
What is the pilot trap?
The pilot trap is the state where an organization runs AI pilots and adopts AI tools but the way work gets done never changes. Usage rises, outcomes don’t. It persists when organizations build skills without redesigning workflows, or redesign workflows without building skills.
Do we need to be technical?
No. We build inside the tools your team already uses, everything ships with documentation written for operators, and your team learns to build in the process, working alongside us.
How long does an engagement take?
A readiness assessment runs about six weeks. A scoped build ships in weeks. A full transformation engagement typically runs four to six months across three phases: Foundation, Activation, and Build.
What do we own when it ends?
Everything. The systems run in your stack and nothing migrates when we step back. You keep the governance framework with named owners, documentation for every tool, before-and-after fluency measurement, and the capability your team built along the way.
How is our data handled?
Your data stays in your systems and your AI workspace. Our systems read what you point them to. Builds for regulated environments have held compliance, including at a firm handling material nonpublic information.
